- In order to get the refund of Rs 1500, the users reportedly will have to recharge their JioPhones at least once in every 90 days.
- Jio owns the Right to get back from users without any Prior notice if users didn’t initiate any recharge. As mention users should initiate mobile recharge of 153 every month after getting the mobile phone.
- Its just like Giving phone on rent, buyers who pay money will not be Owner of phone. After paying money Jio phone will be still property of Reliance Jio.
- Customer is able to get full refund only after 3 years of using this mobile phone from the date of purchasing (not booking).
- You can’t get refund within 3 years after the date of purchase. You should have 3 years at least.
- Jio phone can be submitted on official jio Store once 3 years time period will end.
- Phone should be in good condition when you submit it to jio Store. However we also know that after using any phone for 3 years it is impossible to maintain the good condition of phone specially for keypad phone.
- If if you return before 3 years then you will be not eligible to get full security deposit amount which is 1500 in this case.
- To get the security deposit back you must have to return this phone to company. You can’t keep this phone for yourself in order to get security deposit back.
- You also need to submit bill and box to start the process of refund.
So reality it seems impossible to maintain good condition of phone for at least 3 years.
