1. First head over to Www.Cowin.Gov.in Using you web browser.
2. On the top right corner you will see the Register/Sign in button, tap on that.
3. You will be redirected to SelfCareRegistration.Cowin.Gov.in.
4. There you will see the field where you have to enter your registered mobile number.
5. Enter the mobile number that you have provided during Covid-19 vaccination.
6. Once you write down you mobile number hit the Get OTP Button.
7. You will recive OTP code via SMS.
8. Enter the OTP Code you recived on Website and click verify button.
9. You will be redirected to the dashboard. There under Appointement Detailes section you woull see drop down menu “Show Certificate”.
10. Click on Show Certificate and hit the Download icon.

Once you go thru this process, you can download the certificate.pdf file on your device.

This is the PDF file and to view this file you need a PDF reader app like Adobe reader.

You can also print out this certificate on paper if you print it or go to the nearest Syber Caffe and ask them to take out a print copy of your vaccination certificate.

Once you are successfully logged in on the Cowin Self Care portal, under account details you will see the option labeled as “Show certificate”.

Once you tap on the show certificate option you will see two option tab.

The first is a Download certificate and the second is for international travel.

Aarogya Setu app also has the option that allows you to view and Download your Covid-19 Vaccine certificate on your phone.

3. Enter your beneficiary refrence ID or any other information required to download Vaccination certificate.
