First, you have to visit the Official NREGA Job Card List Website Nrega.Nic.In.
On the Home of the web portal Under the “Gram Panchayat” section you will have to click on the “Data Entry – Registration, Work allotment, New works, Muster Roll, UC” option.
A new page will be open with a list of all states of India.
Click on the state where you live.
Select the financial year, select district, select Gram Panchayat.
Enter the User ID and Password.
Enter the Captcha code.
Finally hit the login button.
Once you redirect to the Dashboard choose the option of registration.
Fill up all of the required information there.

Your NREGA Card Online Registration is successful.

Grievance registration process

If you have any kind of Complaint regarding MGNREGA or NREGA then you can submit a complaint directly to the official portal with the help of the NREGA Grievance Form.

Here is How to register for Grievance online.

On the Home page of portal Nrega.nic.in from the left side of Public Grievances Choose the “Lodge Grievance” Option.
Choose the State where you live from the list of all 29 states.
On the next page in the first Dropdown menu Complaint by choose worker if you are beneficiary of this scheme if not choose citizen there.
There on the second Drop-down menu choose Complaint Source as SMS and enter your mobile number there.
Now Select your District, Block, and village authority.
Enter your Name, Name of your Father/Husband, and your Address there.
Enter your Email/Phone/Mobile number. You don’t have to enter the Email or Phone number if don’t have them. But, Make sure to enter your Mobile number.

Now once your Personal information is filled up you have to choose “Complaint against whom”

In the Complaint against whom choose against whom you complaining.
Select the district, block, village authority against whom you have complained.
Choose the Complaint category, date of Occurrence, and all of the necessary field which is applicable.
Enter the Captcha code and Hit the Save Complaint.

Here is Some common Complain upon which you can Choose:

Regarding Registration or Job Card:
- Gram Panchayat Not registering.
- Job Card Not issued.
- Job Card Not Given to Workers
If you Demand the Work but:
- Not registering demand.
- Not giving date receipt
Complain about Work allocation:
- No Work available for you.
- Not allocating work within 5 K.M. where you live.
- Not Giving TA/DA for worksite within the 5km.
- Not allocating on Time.
Have issues regarding payments:
- Delay in payment.
- You’re given only partial payment.
- No payment.
- The improper method used for Payment.
if you Complaint related to Work management:
- Work not created.
- No health facility provided.
- Salary not given to semiskilled/skilled workers.
Have complained about Unemployment allowances:
- Unemployment allowances not paid.
- Not accepting applications.
Complaint regarding measurement:
- Not timely Measurement.
- Improper measurement.
- Engineer not coming for measurement.
- Equipment for Measurement is not available.
You can also complain about funds:
- fund not available.
- Fund not transferred.
- fund in transit.
- Banks charging money for the transfer of wages.
A complaint about the material given for work:
- Material not available.
- Hike in price of the material.
- Bad quality of material

- If your issue is not listed simply choose Other in the Given category regarding the problem.
