  2. On that webpage, you will see a big blue button labeled as Select a file. Click on that blue button.

  4. Navigate directly where your PDF file is located.
  5. Choose the PDF file which you want to make password protected.
  6. Wait till the file will be uploaded to the Adobe server.
  7. Once it is uploaded successfully, you will see two fields – Set Password and Confirm password.
  8. Enter your desired password in both fields and hit on Set Password Button.

The Free Adobe Reader for Android doesn’t have the feature to Set passwords on your PDF files.

  1. First Download PDF Utility on your Android phone from Google Play Store.
