Here is the process that you have to follow to Reset Netflix on Xfinity –

  1. When you face an issue Press the “A” Button on your remote control.
  2. Scroll to the right till you see the option to reset.
  3. Select to reset Netflix there.
  4. Along with this process, you can also choose to system refresh.
  5. To perform a System refresh, just press the “A” button while you are on the home screen.
  6. Scroll to right and choose System Refresh.
  7. Once it is refreshed, Press the ‘A’ button again and this time choose restart.
  8. Wait till your set-up box is turned on.
