To Register as a Healthvet Member first, you have to fill up and submit the user registration application form online.
Here is How to Follow threw online registration-
- First Head over to MHV Portal’s official user registration page – https://www.myhealth.va.gov/mhv-portal-web/user-registration.
- Now in the first option tick on your Relationship to VA.
- Provide your Identification information such as First Name, Last Name, Social Security Number, Date of Birth, and Gender.
- You can Choose What kind of notification and reminders you want to receive by choosing the On/Off Radio button.
- Choose your preferred contact option and fill up your contact information.
- Now you have to choose your desired User ID. Once you Choose Successfully Note Down that.
- Choose Password, Security Questions, and Tick on Accept tickbox.
- Finally hit the Create your Account to proceed to create Healthevet Account.
