Once you set up Yono app on your phone during the setup it will ask you to create an MPIN.

However, you can easily recover your MPIN by following:

  1. Open Yono SBI App, click on “Can’t Login” link and click ok.
  2. App will ask your Internet banking User ID and password.
  3. Tap on menu icon > Service request > Choose “Manage pin” under emergency section.
  4. Under security tap on “Remove MPIN”.
  5. Confirm your credintilas and you will redirected to the home page.
  6. Now you will see option set MPIN.

Unable to process due to validation error in Yono SBI

At the time of registration or opening an account, one of the following errors might appear on the screen:

  • Unable to process due to validation error.
  • Resident authentication failed.
  • Unable to process you request this time.
  • Data entered by u resembles with an existing application.

UPI in SBI Yono App not working

Similar to most other financial banking application Yono also provide you UPI.

Using UPI you can transfer money to anyone instantly.

UPI allows you to transfer money, pay bills, shop online, pay in shops, and more.

If you want to do UPI transactions using this app first you need to create a UPI ID.

Sometimes UPI does not work.

This problem is not with this app only but other apps as well that offers UPI payment solution.

UPI is not the problem here, if UPI is not working currently it means that the bank is currently having a server issue.
