Here is the Process that Employees have to follow on a daily basis before entering the workplace-

1. First, when the Employee enters the vicinity they have to visit the spot.
2. Now they need to Answer the Self-Screening Questionnaire, it would be delivered to them on the mobile phone.

4. Choose the appropriate option between FCA Personnel or FCA Visitors.
5. Enter the code on the next screen
6. Answer all of the Questions in the FCA Daily Self-Screening Questionnaire App honestly and correctly.
7. Depending on the Answers, Self-Screening Assessments will be calculated.

FCA Daily Self-Screening Assessments

FCA Self assessments will be calculated when the Employee completes the FCA health screening.

If the Answer matches the criteria, the next step would be a Temperature check.

IF they passed in the temperature check too, they will gain entry into the workplace and Apply Sanitizer and use the newly issued face masks.

A person who failed at any stage of FCA Self-Assessments they can’t return to work.

Also note that the people who found infected, or Showing Symptoms of Covid will be sent home.

FCA’s Medical department provides further aid to them.

The person who was ill can’t return workplace imminently on the other Day.

They need to take 14 Days of Self-Isolation at their home.

Vaccination is important to stop the chain of infection.

Currently, not all Auto Workers are eligible for vaccination.
