How to Fix PNC App not working

Troubleshooting the not working error mostly depends on what kind of error you are getting while accessing the PNC app.

It could be fixed easily by the user or it could not completely depend on what error you are getting.

For example, if the problem is cache-related you can easily fix it by force closing and reopening the app.

But that will not work if the issue is caused by a bug inside the app.

For General issues like app crashing, network error, app not responding, blank screen, white screen, or similar issues you can follow this troubleshooting guide-

1. First, Make sure to check you are using the latest available version. Update it there is a new update available.
2. Check your network. The problem could be slow internet.
3. Force close the app and all its instances and reopen the app after at least 10 seconds.
4. Check if it’s working, if not you can try to clear the app cache and data.
5. For Android tap and hold the app icon till you see the setting, there is the storage setting clears out the app cache and data.
6. For iOS, you can try reinstalling the app.
7. Reboot your phone and check if the app is working.

PNC Mobile App Network Error

Network error is usually not caused by the app but because of your internet connection.

If you are getting errors like trouble connecting to the network, the device offline, the screen loading indefinitely, or the app is taking too much time to load a page.

It’s most likely an issue with your Wi-Fi or mobile network.

Check your internet connection and speed, and if it is not working properly switch to another network.

Using this feature you can easily deposit cheques and don’t have to visit the bank.

You can also deposit checks using PNC DepositEasy ATM too.

However, to make mobile deposit work make sure to-

• Endorse your cheque for a mobile-only deposit. If you didn’t do this your cheque won’t be cleared from the mobile app.
• Make sure that your phone camera scans the cheque properly.

Failing to do any step while submitting a cheque will result in an error.
